"Act Consultants have worked with us on a number of projects - it started off with the Communications Action Team which we put together to have an Employee Communications Plan that was driven by employees for employees.

Subsequently they helped us to roll out that communications plan, and following that introduced a number of communications tools into the company - things like an in-house magazine, a team briefing process, which has now been up and running successfully for seven months, and also a management code of behaviour.

I've been really pleased with Act Consultants' work. The thing I like most about them, is that you hardly notice they're there. They come in, they work quietly in the background, they are not the kind of people who will take the glory for everything, and that's primarily because they do work on a skills transfer basis because they want us to be able to help ourselves.
