My name's Anne-Marie Griffin. I specialise in Change Management and Organisational Development, but I've not always worked in these fields. I started off as an information systems practitioner, but I've actually found that what's the most interesting part of the problem, especially arising out of IS and IT implementations, is the management challenges, and in making sure as a management team that we focus on dealing with the problems, and not just skirt around the symptoms of the situation.
