My name's John Kendall. I'm part of Castleton Partners - we're an HR Consultancy based in the West End of London. We specialise in working with organisations to help them identify and develop their talent, and that could be at individual, team and increasingly these days we find ourselves working with developing managers in their international skills.

We've been working with Charles and Act Consultants, and that's been driven by two main reasons. Number one, we heard that he serves up really good pizzas, and the second one is that we've been increasingly involved in coming up with projects that combine both of our talents. We see ourselves working with Act in quite a few projects in the future.
