My
name's Caroline Robinson, and my specialised area of interest is management
development and competencies. I help organisations to develop a set
of competencies and I work with individual managers to help them identify
their particular strengths and development needs against those competencies.
I then help them to design a self-development plan and support them
through the completion of that plan.
Over
the last few years, I've found this the most effective way of helping
organisations develop, because it's a very tailored approach to each
individual rather than a blanket approach.
